Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and Canada. We currently do not ship internationally outside of these regions.

Order Processing

We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

UPS — Standard shipping for most parts and accessories. Delivery times vary depending on your location and distance from our warehouse in Seattle, WA.

LTL Freight — Oversized items such as bumpers, hoods, and large body panels are shipped via freight carrier. A commercial address is preferred for freight deliveries. If you do not have a commercial address, you may pick up your order at the nearest freight terminal.

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Select products include complimentary shipping — this is clearly indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Address Requirements

We ship to physical addresses only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate — we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Shipping Delays

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing (for Canadian orders), or other events outside our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item before discarding anything, and contact us immediately. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the bill of lading when signing for the shipment.
